以賽亞書40：29-31 “他加力量給疲倦的人，賜充足的能力給軟弱的人。少年人會疲累困乏，青年人難免失足絆倒，但仰望耶和華的人必重新得力。他們會像鷹一樣振翅高飛。他們奔跑並不困乏，行走也不疲累。”

(Isaiah 40:29-31) He is giving to the tired one power; and to the one without dynamic energy he makes full might abound. Boys will both tire out and grow weary，and young men themselves will without fail stumble，but those who are hoping in Jehovah will regain power. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not tire out.”
